Hi, I'm Dorthy Okpebholo. Welcome to Color Pop + Bloom Shop! My husband, Shawn, and I have two daughters and a pretty crazy Sheepadoodle named Sushi.
With a background in the arts and over 20 years of experience in event execution and décor, I have successfully planned and designed a wide range of events, including weddings, showers, birthday parties, reunions, music recitals, and more.

About our Balloons
We believe in celebrating responsibly and keeping balloons out of the environment. We use 100% natural latex balloons, which are biodegradable.
Color Pop and Bloom Shop recycles balloon waste with Terracycle- a national company that recycles balloons and party supplies. These materials are recycled into flooring, park benches, etc.
